Create a CA-signed certificate for Anaplan in 45 minutes

At OneCloud, just like you, we need to integrate our platform with Anaplan.

Recently Anaplan announced that they are transitioning to CA-signed certificate authentication. To help our customers who use OneCloud with Anaplan, we developed a quick step-by-step guide on how to procure an Anaplan-supported CA-signed certificate from GlobalSign and configure it to leverage the new security features of the Anaplan v2.0 API. If you want to leverage what we learned and have 45 minutes to spare, then jump to the step-by-step guide:

Please note that the steps in the guide are generic and apply to any Anaplan customer using OneCloud, Anaplan Connect 1.4, or any of the supported iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft and Informatica Cloud (Anaplan HyperConnect) in connection with Anaplan’s announcement of certificate expiration. If you have questions about these instructions, feel free to send an email to and we will do our best to answer your questions.
